Managing Your Electronic Office (1996)

This article originally appeared in 1996 while I was working on private-network "intranet" applications for Bell Global Systems and Ford Canada. This is the article when I predicted that intranets would fail, that collaborative cross-enterprise communications would necessarily become the goal of all information technology projects.

No one listens still.

The only copy I have is in the naive HTML that I used back when my website was hosted on Geocities --- boy, those were the days, back when men were men and women were too. The formatting has suffered a bit, and it's a little hard on the eyes, but I won't take the full blame; I ripped the page layout off of the Washington Post website!
