This is the article when I predicted that intranets would fail, that collaborative cross-enterprise communications would necessarily become the goal of all information technology projects.</p> <p>No one listens still.</p> <p>The only copy I have is in the naive HTML that I used back when my website was hosted on Geocities --- boy, those were the days, back when men were men and women were too.
